Landlords Certificates:

The completion of a Landlords Certificate includes a whole premises gas safety check. This will include a service of the central heating boiler as a minimum. All defects found will be noted and the landlord briefed on remedial work to be undertaken before the certificate is issued.

(£25 for the certificate and £60 for the boiler service)

Back Boiler + Fire Front - £70

Servicing of multiple appliances per visit qualifies for the following discounts:

Boiler + Fire + Cooker - £95

Boiler + Fire - £80

Boiler + Cooker - £75

Power Flushing - £295 (for systems of up to 7 radiators, add £20 for each radiator there after). Includes chemicals & neutralizers for water treatment.

OAP’s qualify for a further 10% discount to the above prices.
